Returns Policies


Holiday Return Policy


Items shipped by iLuxury Global between November 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016, may be returned until January 31, 2017, for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed below. Items shipped from sellers other than iLuxury Global are subject to this same holiday return policy unless otherwise stated in the seller's individual Return Policy. For more details on policies for items not shipped by iLuxury Global, see Seller Returns Policies below.

iLuxury Global Return Policy


Items shipped from iLuxury Global, including Warehouse Deals, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Seller Return Policy


When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return will be sent back to the seller instead of iLuxury Global. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to iLuxury Global's, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the Seller's return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller's profile page. Once you've ordered, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center, to view the seller's return policy.

Third party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a pre-paid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-Z Guarantee.

AFS Brands Guarantee


We are proud to stand behind every Mama Bear and Happy Belly product. If you aren’t completely satisfied we’re happy to give you a full refund up to 365 days after you received the product.

iLuxury Global Devices


Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, iLuxury Global Fire TV devices, iLuxury Global Echo and iLuxury Global Tap devices and their accompanying iLuxury Global-branded accessories purchased from iLuxury Global can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as they are in new condition. iLuxury GlobalFresh items are not returnable, but may be refunded.

Automotive Items


If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by iLuxury Global that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, iLuxury Global will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Baby Items


Baby items (excluding clothing sizes 0-24 months) can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment. Note: Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

Baby products fulfilled by iLuxury Global qualify for free return shipping. The product is eligible for free return shipping if the item detail page includes "Free Returns" messaging. If your return is not a result of an iLuxury Global error, we will not refund the original shipping fees.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)


Collectible items with a value of $35 or more should be returned using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Collectible Coins


You must contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt to request return information. Your return must then be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.

Items with a value of $35 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method. Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records. Graded Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging, along with any supporting documentation. Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected. Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Computers (laptops & desktops)


New desktop, laptops or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from iLuxury Global that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. iLuxury Global may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

Digital Products


Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the iLuxury Global Appstore for Android, the iLuxury Global Digital Music store or the iLuxury Global Video store are not returnable after purchase.

Books purchased from the Kindle Store can be returned within seven days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, you'll no longer have access to the book. To request a refund and return content, visit Manage Your Content and Devices, select the Actions button next to the title you'd like to return, and select Return for Refund. Kindle books you receive as a gift are eligible for exchange for an iLuxury Global Gift Card before acceptance.

Subscriptions to titles in the Newsstand section of the Kindle Store (magazines, newspapers and blogs) can be canceled at any time by visiting Manage Your Content and Devices. For more information, see Kindle Magazines and Newspapers

Fine Art


Fine Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured. All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected. Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return. Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.

Gift Cards


Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law). For more information about Gift Card limitations, see iLuxury Global Gift Card Terms & Conditions Handmade at iLuxury Global Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

You must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt. Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the iLuxury Global A-to-z Guarantee. All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Hazardous Materials


Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to iLuxury Global. Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Jewelry & Watches


Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Live Plants or Insects Fresh flowers, live indoor plants or insects are not returnable to iLuxury Global, but may be refundable.

Grocery and Wine


Grocery items (including iLuxury GlobalFresh and Prime Pantry items) and wine are not returnable to iLuxury Global but may be refunded. While most wine is not returnable, contact the seller to learn more about their return policy. Pre-Paid Phone or Game Cards Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc) are not returnable to iLuxury Global.

Televisions


Returns for televisions shipped without Enhanced Delivery should be in new and unopened condition. To return a television shipped with Enhanced Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. When the carrier comes to pick up the television, they will bring their own packaging materials. For more information on Enhanced Delivery, please see About Free Enhanced Delivery.

Tickets


Theme park tickets are not returnable after purchase.

iLuxury Global Elements


We designed iLuxury Global Elements to exceed your expectations, and we're proud to stand behind every product. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll give you a full refund up to 365 days after you receive the product.

Wedding Registry Items


Items fulfilled by iLuxury Global and purchased from your wedding registry can be returned within 180 days of delivery. Please note that 180 day Wedding Registry returns are only available if the item was purchased as a gift. If the registry owner buys an item for themselves from their own Wedding Registry, the standard 30 day iLuxury Global Return Policy will apply.
